Help making an egg incubator

I am from Iraq, thank you very much. I hope someone can help me in making an incubator for chickens according to modern scientific reasoning. I can help you with that as can many others here. I believe your biggest challenge will be reliable electricity for 3+ weeks of incubation. Have you considered that?
There are always solutions.
