Help male duck picking on my female!!

I have a flock of pekins and mallards well I got a new female pekin and my male pekin is picking on her, the other ducks are fine with her but not my male he pulls her neck feathers pokes her with his beak and all she does just stand there and looks at the tree I need help!!!

I'd separate him from the flock for a significant period of time.

Yes once they focus on a particular female you need to separate

-How many males and females do you have? -How long has it been since she was introduced to your flock?
-Did you initially separate so the new duck could see/hear your flock for a period of time or did you put her with your flock right away?
