Help me asap !!!

I would stop candling and leave the eggs alone. To me the pictures look as if the chicks aren't ready to hatch yet which may be from low temperature.
Is it saddle shape air cell but chick not moving when I was taking pictures if air cell is there means chick is still alive???

Also :welcome :frow You may not see any movement when candling. How do you know the yolk has been absorbed from the air cell? How many eggs are in your incubator. Did you count the day you put them in as day 1 or the next day as day 1. When I put my eggs in my incubator on a Wednesday they will hatch three weeks later on a Wednesday. I don't understand how you can tell the yolk has been absorbed by looking at the air cell. I think you should check your thermometer and hygrometer for accuracy. If you start poking holes in the egg it may help and may not once you breach the shell. Personally to me it appears your temperature may be off. I didn't see a post on what you're using as an incubator, the temperature and the humidity. They all make a difference in the hatch. If the humidity is too low increase it ASAP. I would put it, as I mentioned around 75%. The chicks need the humidity so they can turn in their shells (when you see the eggs moving) to position themselves for hatching, (pip and zip).
I was having 3 but 1 survived. Now its 22 day. Actually my I was just try to hatch egg in cardboard box incubator I regularly check egg temp 99f and for humidity I put water in cup also wet sponge near.... What to do to increase humidity in cardboard box incubator

Put another wet sponge in. Do you have a hygrometer?
No I don't have hygrometer it's my first time just trying.. but the egg grew it was really interesting to watch something growing in egg but I didn't knew so much...
in night humidity increases and. In morning decrease so should I keep it in morning

No I don't have in night humidity increases and. In morning decrease so should I keep it in morning

Quick version @Sheetal correct me if any of this is wrong. We are on day 22 chicks internally pipped over 24 hours ago with no progress since. No external pips. OP has opened the incubator and candled during lockdown.
Please see the pics and tel me I'm worried asap

What are you using as a heat source in your cardboard box incubator? If the humidity is too high during incubation and when the chicks pip the air cell condensation can build up in the air cell and when the chicks pip it they can drown. They don't need the humidity when forming in fact the eggs need to loose moisture but prior to hatching then they need more humidity to allow them to move to position themselves for hatching. It appears you have a temperature and humidity issue. The cardboard box is not an ideal incubator/hatcher. You appear to be a young person. When people use a still air incubator with no circulation the average temperature for a still air is around 100/101ºF. In a circulated air incubator with a fan, it is around 99.5ºF. During incubation I keep my humidity around 30% to 40%. When I put the eggs in my hatcher I raise the humidity to around 75%. As I said prior, when I put my eggs in the incubator on a Wednesday they will hatch 3 weeks later on a Wednesday. Also when you use still air depending on your heat source you need to move the eggs around because there are usually hot and cool spots as well as turn the eggs. I hope your chicks hatch but at this point anything can happen. Try not to open and handle the eggs and let them be. If they are going to hatch they will. All you can really do is try to make the conditions the most suitable for a successful hatch. If you start poking holes in the eggs you could be in for more problems. If you do decide to put holes in them put them in the air cell. There is no way to know for sure the position of the chicks.

You should invest in a thermometer/hygrometer so you will know approximately the temperature and humidity.
