Hi everyone...
I am a total dingbat when I use the BBQ...
last time DH let me use his BBQ i burned a 6 foot section of fence down
so before DH left for work he set it all up for me all i had to do was baby sit the BBQ with a turkey on it. He said take it off when it looks done...
it has been about 3 hours now and it looks done but I am not sure. The temp was sitting at about 375 deg abd it was indirect heat meaning that the burners directly under him here not on the ones at the end were.
It has been going around and around and I am sure if he still had a head he would surely be done
dont ask me how much he weighs cause I cant tell you I went looking for the label to find out and DH took the trash out before work I thing he is about 12 - 15LBS (he is about 10 - 12" long and about double the diameter of a football at the fattest part) LOL I AM SO LAME....
