I've had a challenging 6 months of chicken keeping. Back story here:

Long story short, I have a sick FBCM in my care and I need to know what meds are best to treat her with. Here are her symptoms:
Clear runny nose
Sneezing
Coughing
Rattled breathing
She is otherwise acting fine, and eating well. Yesterday she laid an egg.
I've also noticed she is occasionally shedding dead round worms in her droppings along with small amounts of intentional shed. She has only been in my care for three days. Thank you for any and all help!

i dont know if she needs anything to help her out it could be like a cold for a chicken. She actually looks good in the second picture. Where did you get her at?

I prefer Valbazen 1/2 ml orally then repeat in 10 days for worming. SafeGuard 1/4 ml per pound once and repeat in 10 days orally is a good alternative. If you already have Wazine, it is good for only roundworms, but safe to use for 24 hours in water 1 ounce per gallon of water.

Since this hen is ill, and has been exposed to others who were sick, she may be a carrier going forward. So any healthy chickens you introduce may get sick, and the disease can be passed along on and on. It helps to get testing to know what disease you are dealing with.

Vaccines are available for certain diseases. Some diseases make them carriers for life, while infectious bronchitis virus only makes them carriers for up to a year. Sorry that you are dealing with this. Here is a good list of common diseases with symptoms, and read about mycoplasma gallisepticum, infectious bronchitis, infectious coryza, and ILT:
