I have four little cochin chicks, they are about 6-7 weeks old. I have a sinking feeling that only the gray one is a pullet. But Aside from comb color (which i hear is unreilable with this breed) I dont know what else to look for with cochins.

There is a gray, black, buff and lace? chick- just multiple pictures of each. The first is a group shot.

I don't have cochins, but I think the barred and the buff are boys. The blue definitely looks like a girl. Black could go either way, but I'll say pullet for now.

The Blue (what you are calling gray), is the only pullet. The other 3 are cockerels. And yes, the black and white stripy one is barred. Laced is where the feathers have a contrasting coloring that edges each feather.
