Help me I have sickly chick!

HI there,

I have a mother hen who is raising nine chicks, she hatched fertile eggs from a friend as I don't have a rooster. One of the chicks is eating and drinking but two days ago it started gulping air or looks like it keeps swallowing. It is doing ok otherwise. What could be wrong? They have chick starter feed and our with the hen.

Please advise if you have seen this or what i can do if something is stuck in its crop?????

Does it look a bit like panting maybe? Sometimes my chickens do that, is it hot where you are right now?

It is too cool for panting, its 60 degrees out. I just tried a little olive oil down the side of her beak. Her crop feels hard...didnt thing this could happen to a chick but I guess the mom hen doesn't know if they are pecking at things that are too big for them?
