Help me identify these pigeons

After many years with pigeons, you can tell sex by looks of the head and neck(males are larger). It still would just be a guess by looks. Watching them you can tell sex by the way they act. Like b4 when they nest also.


Yes the show birds sometime need trim, depends on breed not all.
Some cant even raise their own young.

Male fantails need trim, so they can swing their tail under the females.

Some show birds have feathers so large they cant see to breed, other have feather feet so larger, they drag babies out of the nest.

Start at the base of the tail. cut feather toward ends, only side feathers. so they look like normal pigeon tails.


Not all need trim, but alot better hatch rate.
