HELP ME: in identifying this sickness and how I can cure my poult

I have a 6 week old poult which is suffering from a serious disease which is threatening it's life. The poult has swollen ears, eyes beak and on some areas of it's body i.e. it's wings (elbow part), chest and legs.

It is currently blind and unable to see and it trembles a lot as if it was feeling cold. I would really like to help it as it is the only surviving

in my yard.

It is now completely blind. I have been feeding it garlic and food manually and it seems to be fairing on pretty well. I have searched all over but I can't get the name of what could be affecting it. I hope it grows out of this.

Wow poor poult ive also never seen that illness and would put it down if only for fear of spreading the illness. I hope that bumping this will allow someone to find you and identify it. Im sorry i dont think anyone could put in enough time and care for that bird to survive even with the best skills. Where did it come from? Do you have other birds?

How long has it been sick?

Look up Lymphoproliferative Disease Virus and Avian Pox.
Those came the closest to this birds symptoms. Found on Google.
