Help me is our chicken a Hen or a rooster?

Hi all! When we got our chickens we thought we had all Hen's. But this morning while I was out watering the garden I heard a noise coming from the chicken coop. This is my daughter's favorite. Can anyone tell pls?

Can you get a side photo, with no fence? I think I see hackle feathers but hard to tell from front only. How old is the bird?

The one is question is a cockerel. Two Partridge Cochins are also definitely cockerels....
