Help me pick a name for my farm

I cant decide between Highland Organic Poultry Farm of Cashin Organic Farm

What do you like better?

I would go with something easy to pronounce, and if you'll be registering any animals, something short too! Catchy is important too, so I would go with the second choice.
People also think it's cool when you include something about where you live in the farm name, for instance, my farm name will be Echo Valley!

The first one is where i live my road is called highland farms but i too kinda like Cashin Organic Farm.
