I bought these three ducks, one male two females and once I let them out of the car and put them on the pond they have spent the last 2 days now in the brush not getting in the water or eatting or nothing!! I'm afraid they will starve themselves to death. I never see them swimming around out there in the pond. What is wrong? Are they nesting or something. I don't want to disturb them too much. I am afraid if I go to close they might run off. I clipped their wings they aren't going to fly away. But they aren't moving from that one spot. What is wrong with them?? I am throwing fish food into the pond and some cracked corn near the edge so food is there but I don't see any of it being ate. I'm worried. Any help or info is appreciated.

Cracked corn is not duck food. They get malnourished and fat from that. There is simply no protein or niacin in it. You need to get 16% protein into their diet. A lack of niacin can cause serious health issues. You should also confine them at night or predators will get them in no time.

You would be scared too if someone took you to a new place, clipped your wings and put you on a pond and said there you go, live here.

Give them time. How old are they? Do they have any sort of protection against predators you plan on using for them at night?
You uprooted 3 ducks from what they knew and put them in a totally new place and they need to learn they are safe (and they need to be safe). Find a feed store and see if you can locate a bag of food appropriate for ducks whatever age they are. Poor ducks are likely scared out of their feathers right now and need time to adjust.
