Help me please

If that was a chicken I would say Mareks.

What was the gall bladder like? It almost looks either infected or a blocked Bile duct.

I would be more worried about the tumors though..
I have nothing to say really... That is startling.

Turkeys can get Mareks, but it is rare. There appears to be scar tissue there too. Maybe a salmonella infection. I am just guessing.

@casportpony
Thank you, I am doing lots of research

Let's see what @casportpony has to say. I too have never seen this before.

ETA: Do you still have the rest of the insides? Can you do a neoscrospy (sp) and post pix of the rest?

The turkey itself looked normal. The only thing that was out of the ordinary was the liver.

Are their any illnesses or bacteria that actually withstand the cooking process?

Personally, I would ensure that I practiced very good food hygiene so there was no cross contamination and cooked the bird thoroughly and then I would eat it, but I am aware that many people are much more cautious than me when it comes to food safety.
Even Marek's birds can be eaten although usually there is not much meat on them.
