I found Venessa like this. I dont know what happened, she is not acting normal and behind her is this photo. Advise please, or should I take her to the vet

Wash her off with warm water
Then let her calm down.

Make a little box for her inside and put a towel or some paper towels in the bottom.
Provide her with some food and water and wait to see if she poops. She might have a blockage. Let’s see if anything comes out. If it does take a picture of it. nice and clear close up.
