Poor thing! I would definitely give the brewers yeast or if you have access to kelp(I know it's a long shot), you could sprinkle some dried kelp on the food.
Here is a list I found of some foods that are niacin rich for your ducky.

Some of the things that you can feed to your ducks that are good sources of niacin:

rice bran (available at feed stores, sold for horses)
barley
wheat
buckwheat
sunflower seeds
wheat bran
wheat germ
fish
