I have a chicken about 9 months old. She is the littlest of all 14 of my chickens. She is mostly what. She had a black speckled head. A black tipped tail. And has brown spots on her back top of the wings and near the tail. She is very sweet. I got her from a friend. And they don't know her breed!

Cant give an accurate guess without a picture. From the description I can't think of any breed so it could be a mix

X2 on the need for a picture. Trying to ID a chicken without a pic is like shooting in the dark. If you can post a pic, we will be happy to take a shot at her breed.

We need a photo to guess the gender of your bird.

Looks kind of like a delaware, what kind of comb does it have?

Looks like a Delaware to me, though it could also be a Columbian Plymouth Rock.
