Help me predator proof my chicken run...

IN the desert, I'd bury the skirt down about 2 - 4". The digging should be easy, and you'll not be tripping over it.

Even 6" landscape pins are probably not up to the job.

Work with the curl of the fencing roll,
might need to try to 'flatten' it by back bending without kinking it to get it to lay flatter.

Well, I already ordered the landscape pins, so I'm hoping I'll be able to get some use out of them. I'll bury the skirt AND use the pins. I had no idea the roll would kink. Oh man, what an education I'm getting!

They sent me the wrong things! I messaged Amazon about it, and had thrown away the original packing so had to pack the weird "false fingernail remover" into a bigger box, so of course the shipping will be more. (That's not right). They sent me a message saying they'd give me a refund. It showed the landscaping pins on it! So they think I just want a refund, even though I explained in the comments. I missed UPS when they came to get it, so have to drop it off at the UPS store. Maybe I'll just take the refund, since they might not work well here in our sand. Did all that make sense?

Yes it all made sense, I think. If they shipped the wrong item, they should send you a call tag, to return it. You shouldn't have to pay to ship it back. Make sure you tell them the wrong item was shipped, I would call them to explain this, not do email. If your ground is like the beach, they may not work well. Then I would just get a refund.
