Help me Sex and possibly Identify Breeds

Hello!
I ordered hatching eggs from Alchamist Farm. I hatched Americanas, Cocoa Eggers, Olive Eggers and one French Copper Maran. They are now a little over 6weeks old. I contacted Alchemist farms for help with breed identification but didn’t ever hear back. Please help me sex them and hopefully identify the breeds. I’m clueless but had fun talking these with my daughter. Thank you in advance for your help.

1, 2, and 5 are boys.

3 is probably a boy but not for sure yet. Give it a little more time.

4, 6 and 7 are girls.

As for breeds, I think you will have to wait until they lay. They are all mixes, in my opinion, and it is difficult to tell the different mixes apart.
