Ok, I would take the suggestion of wetting the too-big feed and try to give him some.
He may not make it. Many chicks are weak form the start.

I do t know what wrong with your baby but
this is my advice for a starving chick:

Add some water to chick food to make a mash. If the baby isn’t eating by itself try forcing a little bit of in his mouth and wait for him to swallow make sure you give him water at the same time so he doesn’t choke and repeat a few times every hour or so until he seems to perk up and try introducing him to eat in his own.

Hi guys,
so I have a problem. I buy this chick yesterday and I bring it home at first he was scared and then he relaxed. But today when I came back from town around 11 o' clock I saw him laying on floor. I immediately isolate him from other chicks. I put him in the box put a water and a food in a box, but he didn't eat or drink, then I feed him a little bit, later I found a recipe for electrolyte and give him a little bit. On time he wakes up and keeps opening his mouth and goes back to sleep(I think). So I am worried about him, can someone tell me what to do next.(I am sorry if my english is weird, because I'm from other country)

Do you have a heat lamp over the other chicks and his box?
He need that, now. He can’t live without it.

so i got it from one gentleman who post an ad about chickens and i called him that i want to buy them. This baby chick was the smallest of the others and this man said that they hatched in the incubator

So i measure the heat under the lamp and it was 82,4 in Fahrenheit
