Help, membrane not broken

but I can tell it definitely needs more time to absorb, veins all over. Out of 9 eggs only 3 grew at all , of this breed, and the first two both had umbilical cords stuck to shell.

I also hatched 2 of my cream legbar mix and they hatched first with no issues.
Im thinking the eggs were old? Im trying to incubate 6 more of this breed a week and a half behind, and this hatch is scaring me

How's it going? Slow is key... I just went through this the chick is doing well... take your time.. if it decides to push let it.. i only remove enough so it can finish pushing out when its ready..
For sure slow was key! I went to bed around 3 am and by 7 am the chick was out.

She looks dry now and Im going to open the incubator in a few minutes to see how she is doing.

Cant wait till she can join her hatch mates.
