HELP MITES

Just get an dunk bucket assembly line.

Or just giving you older ones and badly infested ones baths. Your older ones need it the most because they need all the iron they have, without the mites helping themselves.
Bathing birds that are that anemic might not be a good thing and could kill them.

I would not bath a bird infested with mites, I would use permethrin dust or spray, it's much safer.

They weren't that bad, I just did it to my older ones because I didn't want them to get anemic. I gave them lots of treats that had good amounts of iron in it to help with that too. And I still dusted them and the coop, but the baths got rid of the mites off their bodies. It looked like someone had dumped a cup of sand in the water.

The soap makes it hard for the mites to hold on to the chicken so they fall off and drown. (Plus the girls love the blow drier!)
