Help!!! more hens dying for no reason!!

Please read for back story, or else this post won't make sense.

I have another hen ( 2 year old Cochin) that is going down. Breathing is labored, and she is skin and bones.
I have made sure we do not have worms in the flock for sure.
Feed is what we make ourselves out of high quality local grains and fishmeal.
Dry deep litter in coop. Waterer is clean.

Have you looked up Lymphoid Leukosis? seems older chickens have this disease. Sorry this is happening.

Does not match up. We have inspected internally after death ( we put down 3 of them) and all organs, except for the egg bound one, were normal.
