Treat according to size. If the 6 week old don't have any mites give them a little spray to ward them off just on case.
I would spray momma but not babies and keep an eye for mites. A broody can be more susceptible because she is more stationary and less likely to dust bathe with little ones.

vermin on my sweet Floki girl has actually turned into an opportunity for me to spruce up the coop... All weekend I've been working on getting the coop completely cleaned out, painted with white zero VOC paint, a new poop board installed, and even got liner paper with plastic nesting pads in their boxes!
