I am new to chickens. I have had a rough week. I have 17 weeks old americanas and 7 week old buff Orpingtons. One of the Americanas (Rose) started acting sick Wednesday. Wednesday morning she was eating and acting normal. By the evening she acted lethargic. I took her to the vet for a fecal float that night bc her poo was white and foamy. The vet checked her for lice and mites and none found also I have looked and not seen any. The fecal float was negative. He wasn’t sure but said it can be heat. He put her and the others on tylosin just in case. Today her poo is yellow my clear. She acts a little better but not 100percent she never stopped drinking but didn’t eat until today she still won’t eat worms or feed ate corn and lettuce. For heat I put ice in their water have a fan on them and often give frozen watermelon. They live in a big run that is roofed and under a shade tree. I’m haven’t slept and can’t eat bc I’m worried about her and then tonight noticed somehow one of the babies had blood on her beak. I’m a nervous wreck. Also yes they are chickens and some see them as livestock and I don’t judge that but for me these are pets and I’ve grown attached and I’m worried about them and want to care the best I can if you have any advice or insight I really will greatly appreciate it

The hurt beak is just a cut and will heal fine.
What's your birds diet and how much treats do they get?
Did the vet rule out coccidiosis?
There's 0 reason to worry like you are, it won't solve anything and is a fat waste of your energy and time. Eat and sleep.

Welcome To BYC

I'm sorry that your pullet is not doing well.

Can you check her crop to make sure it's emptying overnight? The crop is on the right side of the breast, it's like a pouch that holds food/water. You should be able to feel the crop when she's been eating/drinking.
Feel the crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink (after a full night's sleep). The crop should feel empty. If it's not, then let us know.

Can you get photos of her poop?

How long have you had the chicks/pullets?

The chick with the hurt beak should be o.k. sometimes they can cut or crack a beak by sticking it through fencing or on a feeder. She may be a bit sore for a couple of days but it will heal.

You mention giving worms, corn, lettuce, etc. I would try to focus on them eating Chick Starter for the main part of their diet for now until they really get settled in and all is well. Then introduce a few treats. Do make sure to provide Grit (Crushed Granite) for them so they can process their foods.
