help my baby peacocks are dying.

And i don't know if it has anything to do with anything but his legs got very stiff when he started lookin bad

How many hours was it from when you first noticed the egg was cracked before the peachick made it out? Did you help it out? Was the umbilical area of the peachick all sucked inside the chick,or was some still left outside the body?

About 12 hrs between pip and hatch. I didn't help it out and i didn't notice anything around the umbilical

Even tho pip to out in 12 hrs is very good, many peachicks are just plain exhausted once they emerge.Your chick may have worked a day at just getting the shell pipped. It did pip towards the larger side of the egg?? Many things about peachicks we just do not understand completely. Given a good balanced diet and it's evident your incubator is working correctly, sometimes we lose them for no known reason. Sorry for your loss but you will undoubtedly have more over time that are great one day,and are gone overnight.

Im pretty sure they all died within 24 hrs last year

400

This ws the chick bout 4 hrs after hatching while still in the incubator

I don't know anything about hatching! So forgive me for jumping in here.

But it seems that if the chicks were fine until they went into the brooder, the problem is likely, as casportpony suggests, the brooder.
Perhaps you can test this by putting any upcoming hatches into something else?
