Help my baby PLEASE

Okay so were treating her for some pneumonia type thing, i don't know exactly what its called but she is a whole lot better now!, i swear she turned herself around really quickly, we're taking her to the vet on monday, and taking one of the others who is sick like not with the same thing but is still sick and we're not waiting to see if they will 'just get over it', we're going to treat the whole flock and also while I'm there I'm going to see how to give medicine orally, just to see it in person. Thankyou everyone for praying for her and looking out for our flock family
