Help my baby

My baby chicken squeze himself and shake a bit while screaming. We dont know what is wrong. He was fine for a week and it happened again. Then we said it happened one day before so it must be like this now too. And he was pretty fine and happy he was eating well then in the evening (21.10) it happened again. Now he is squeze himself and scream he looks terrible while he does this i love him too much. Please help us to figure what is wrong with him and how can we fix it

It doesn’t look good... possibly a neurological disease or a neurotoxin, I’m not sure how to help either. Do you have access to an avian vet?

Did you try the recommended medication and was he able to sit up and eat and drink on his own before he acted like this?
