It is difficult to know what exactly is wrong with him, but the white poop is usually from dehydration, while the green is from not eating enough. If you give him antibiotics, you probably will not want to eat the meat. Usually sick chickens will eat chicken feed mixed with a lot of water. Cooked egg, tuna, and liver are also good. What are you using for chicken feed?

Watched your provided video. I can definitely learn slowly and carefully and steadly and here in my hometown it's hard to find feeding needle. You all are being very helpful. A lot of thanks to you guys.

You can use any type of rubber tube, like aquarium air line, or automotive vacuum line. If you use a tube like that, be sure to melt the end a little otherwise the edges are too sharp.

Sorry friend , but I don't butcher my pets. All I need is to save his life. In my hometown we don't have a vet hospital or vet drug store. I usually give him rice and cabbage and sometimes watermelon and onions. Can you name some antibiotics so I could order online. Till then I am going to give him tuna and cooked egg.

Ok I got it. I can bring aquarium air line. I will try to use that.

Are you sure he's a broiler? As in Cornish Cross. He looks a lot like a White Leghorn rooster to me.
Do you have a product called "Poultry Nutridrench" available to you where you live? If not, you can easily order it online. Give him the appropriate dosage to body weight. It's not a cure-all but it will give him the nutrients he needs to have some energy and hopefully aid in a better and quicker recovery.
And when he gets his appetite back, you need to switch him over to a proper chicken feed.

In the meantime, try dizzling droplets of water on the side of his beak with a syringe. He may drink that way. It's better than forcing him to drink, which could end badly.
