Help! My chicken can't walk or fly.

Hi. My favorite chicken is acting very sick. She can't walk.... She tries but can't. She also tries to fly into the roost and can't even get up to walk up in there on the ladder. I don't want her to die. All she does is lay down and all the other chickens walk on top of her. Should I put her in a box by herself and just watch her? Thanks.
