I introduced 4 new pullets to my two chicken flock about 3 weeks ago. I didn’t quarantine them because I never knew I had to, I normally just introduced new chickens to old ones and nothing happens. On Monday I noticed that my 4 year old leghorn was acting weird and didn’t move much, she’s an extremely skittish chicken and rather small. She’s been eating and drinking, normally, and hasn’t lost weight. At first I brought her inside my house in a cage with her friend so she wouldn’t be lonely and last night was the first night I kept her inside the cage alone. I’m keeping her inside, alone, until she’s back to normal state. She’s been staying still and closing her eyes a lot and this morning I noticed that there was some weird puss/ wax like substance on her ears and just a bit on her face and her poo has been oddly white. I’m going to bring her to a vet tomorrow and I just need to know what to do in the mean time. She hasn’t been yawning or scratching the side of her head. I’ve washed her butt and cleaned up her face with a warm bath and used some hydrogen peroxide to clean her face. I use wood shedding as bedding. For the past few days the only treatment I’ve been doing is isolation from the new pullets.

Hi, how is she doing?
She’s still leaking weird stuff from her ear but it isn’t as much as yesterday. We got busy and couldn’t take her to the vet. She’s still closing her eyes but not as much but she’s not standing up or moving. She’s drinking more than she’s eating.

sounds like she may have an ear infection, haven't seen it before but would be a possibility. gonna tag some people that would know what you can do for it seems how ya missed taking her to the vet. Please don't use more hydrogen peroxide as it will kill of good skin cells, Would go with just a warm rag to clean it up at this point until someone more experienced can help you.

Thank you for the help and tip. I’ll make sure to clean up the oozing with warm water this time.
