I just got 4 pullets and currently have 6 adults, i have a super big run so we give the adults free range of it and the chicks are in a mini run/coop inside of the big one. Whenever i try to let the pullets out with the adults one chicken tries to attack them, its been about 2-3 months and she is not getting better about them. What do i do

Head hens can be pretty hard on Newbies added to the flock.
If she's too much of a pain, cage her with the flock for about a week, or seperate her away from the flock for about a week, & that may reset the order.

I was having similar issues with my biggest hen. I finally had to put her in a kennel inside the run for about 3 days. It helped her a lot. She used to go after the littlest silkies, but she quit. It was like a timeout. She didn't enjoy it, but she knows she doesn't want to pick on the littles anymore either.
