Luckybaby you should visit again. It has reslly changed and grown so much. Nice place as I was born here. My mom and Dad met when he was statikned here at Barksdale in the 30's.
Later in my toddler years we moved to Dads' part of the country(Johnson City, Tenn). Thats where I had a chicken to play with at the drop of a hat. Ironically. Shreveport JUST passed an ordinance recently allowing people inside our city limits to have a few chickens. I have a spot out in Benton where I don't have to worry about those kind of things.
