HELP! My chicken is sick!

How wet did she get from the rain,could be she just became really chilled.

I guess that could be but i don't think so, because my chickens wont go in when it is raining. It will be pouring and the will be soaked and still run around in the rain.Sometimes I have to lock them up because they refuse to go in when it is raning

Update: she is not eating some bread and worms and she pooped for the first time since I brought her in. it was very runny and looked like mucus, some clear and some yellow. she is much more alert now
