Help my chicken isn't laying

I am new to this forum. Whenever googling things I find myself on this sight often. I have 8 chickens 2 are new chicks this year. The other 6 I got last March as day old chicks. My first chickens ever. I have 2 New Hampshire Reds, 3 Golden Laced Wyandottes, 1 Welsummer, 1 EE (new), and 1 Ameraucana (new). I have 1 chicken not laying eggs at all, Lola the NHR and the top of the pecking order. It's been approximately since around January or February since she's layed. She has been caught mounting the other NHR like a rooster. She is healthy, they are fed local organic soy free layer feed and free range all day on 1.5 acres of land with a natural spring fed creek water and a water bucket. I throw out grub terra black soldier fly larvae for treats. Lola goes to the nesting box and sits in there like she is going to lay but never leaves an egg. She sometimes even does her little song like she layed one. She seems very healthy and is active. I'm at a loss on what else to try. My next step is to get a rooster and try that. I've searched my property to see if she is laying somewhere else and can't seem to find eggs any where. I have also separated her from the other chickens for like 5 days and nothing. She just seemed more stressed out.

Some chickens are duds.
What's the protein on the feed?
If she's acting like a rooster snd not laying, she may have a hormone/reproductive issue

It's a little low on the protein if they free range at all or get treats often but otherwise fine.

You could try giving a feed with more protein. She might be intersex and is showing more of her rooster qualities in the absence of an actual rooster and because she is top of the pecking order.
