Help my chicken laid this!

My hen has not been well for about a week so I have separated her from the flock and today I found this in her next box. Does anyone know what it could be? Her symptoms are:
-lathargic
-not eating or drinking
- poppy butt
-droopy and pale crown
- swollen hot belly
-swollen, hot belly

That is what's called a lash egg. I've never dealt with one, so you can look it up
