Help my chicken, please!

Her left eye is closed. Her head tilts and her neck is tilting. Check out the video. She's eating a little, drinking a little, her poop is green and liquid-y.

Any ideas?

It looks like wry neck, also called torticolis or crook neck. Give her some vitamin E daily and either some selenium or a food rich in selenium, such as egg, tuna, sunflower seeds, and others. Wry neck can be a sign of a head injury, a vitamin E deficiency, Mareks disease, and other diseases. Has there been any signs of infection or a respiratory disease? Make sure that she gets enough to eat and drink.
