Help my chicken please

Two roosters with that small number of hens is bound to be rough on all of them. No roosters or one rooster would be better for the hens.

I have 175 hens, so I can have two roosters in the same coop and they are too busy to bother with each other or beating up hens.

I agree. Separate roosters from hens and treat injured hen - wash and put antibiotic ointment on wound. Separate her for now until the wound scabs over and is no longer bloody or oozing.
