Help, my chickie is FUGLY!!!!! WARNING - GRAPHIC PICTURE :)

Ok, s/he is kinda cute, but doesn't look at all like the other 2. The feathers have a constant "windswept" look. The other 2's feathers lay flat along their bodies. I keep trying to wet this little one's feathers down, but they wont stay!!! Is this normal for black cochin bantams?

3 and a half weeks. The picture doesn't show it well, but it even does that on his/her feet! Almost stands up straight!

Aw, she's not ugly she's cute. Just a teenage thing, like an Ugly Duckling. Our prettiest girl, Olympia, had a stage like that!
