Help! my dog

I live in Florida and have been using Home Defense, which is a Permithrin based bug killer. However, after 2 years of my Boston Terrier having massive seizures, we finally realised that there was a correlation , Permithrine leads to his seizures. Florida is an area that you need bug control, spiders ants, and roaches, what can I use to keep them from coming in my house other than Permithrins? Karen

there's this organic stuff orange guard that alot of people use on this site and seems to work very well.

You could also use borax in areas where the dog can't acceses. Also I read somewhere where you can use Eucalyptus oils to help rid bugs from your home and property. Just an idea.
