This is my first time incubating and hatching eggs. The first baby to pip started last night around 8 PM or so and progress slowly up until about 1 AM when I went to bed. This morning is day 21 and there was a tiny bit more progress, but since then it stayed in the same state. I can see it breathing and moving but it doesn’t seem to be getting out of the shell anymore. Since then, two others have fully hatched and dried and one other has started breaking through it’s own shell. I don’t know if this is normal or if I should intervene in someway. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have already read the article on when to assist but I am terrified of hurting the chick. It is also the only egg that had a little bit of liquid run out of it when the chick started breaking free.
