Daisy is a buff orpington.

Picture the skin around a chicken's eye. It is red. Daisy has red patches all over her head. She doesn't look like she has been pecked by the other girls, there is no blood at all, just looks exactly like the skin around her eyes. I thought maybe she was molting, but after 2 weeks she hasn't lost any other feathers and she's still laying. I have her separated from the other chickens. She's not getting any better or any worse and she doesn't act at all sick (except she want to be with her sisters) and her head looks exactly the same.
Advice? Suggestions? I'm clueless!!

Thank you so much,

That's called feather pecking. It happens for a couple reasons, one you have a rooster and when he mounts her he grabs the feathers on the back of her head for support. Or two she's towards the bottoms of the pecking order and higher hens are picking on her.
