Yesterday she was perfect and when I locked them in the coop. This morning when i went to let my girls out she juat laid there in the run. So at aome point she got out of the roost box she was in last night when I locked them in and got out of the coop into the run area.... She can flap her wings, mover her legs, clasp my finger with her feet, move head & neck, but has NO BALANCE just falls over when I try to stand her up. I moved her inside and in to a large tote with straw, food, an water. I put her close to the water and she drank and same with when I put her next to her food she ate. I cant see any mites or wounds. I dont feel an egg, but I am need to this. She is around 16wks. I checked the coop and there is NOT any weird poops or anything.

You could try giving her some vitamin B complex to see if that helps.
You can give her a human size pill. It won't be too much as whatever her body doesn't use will eliminate through her poop

What's her diet?
Give her a third if a B complex tablet, not a whole.

They free range on my back yard but still on growth chic feed and I do usually give them some mealworms each day.. occasionally some cucumber or tomato scraps.
Chick feed needs to make up 90% of their diet, keep them shut in so they can eat in the morning.
