Help! My hen’s vent smells really bad!

hi everyone my name is Roosterfeather! I just joined today and I have some questions. Sometimes my chickens get sick and I need help. I joined because my hen has a really stinky butt and it smelled like Dead! and I was wondering what was wrong with her. Now I’m starting to think it’s vent Gleet

Does she have white stuff on her rump? I’d get her going on probiotics regardless in case you’re right.

Ew! Have you looked at her closely to be sure she doesn't have maggots in or around there (flystrike)? Is she dirty/ poopy? You'll want to wear gloves to part the feathers and get a good close look.

hi! No I don’t think so, she has white looking stuff around her bum it makes me think it’s a yeast infection Because it smells like fermenting yeast
