Help my hen has a huge crop and sticky white stuff in her mouth

She has grit she eats layer pellets and hen scratch. She is on her roosting area gasping for air i opend her beak there was a sticky white stuff in her mouth and outside her beak to. She has a huge lump in her crop i can feel it all together like a ball. She was sneezing and gasping for air. I can't go take a picture of her right now I'll take one and post it
 
Is there an odor to her mouth? What does her crop feel like? Could she have gotten into some long grass or hay or anything like that? Will she drink? Can you post pictures of her poop?

She is drinking water and there is no long grass in the coop actually no grass at all. I will post pictures when i get home

It started like 4 days ago but today her crop is more huge she layed an egg 6 days ago she is going to 3 years old
