Help my hen has a huge crop and sticky white stuff in her mouth

It started like 4 days ago but today her crop is more huge she layed an egg 6 days ago she is going to 3 years old

Nop still big and when i feel her crop it feels all together like the food isn't seperated its a big clump of food
