Help!... My Isa Brown stopped laying eggs and is lethargic

I have a one year old golden comet. She was walking funny and i could feel egg in her. Got egg out with warm bath and gentle manipulation, but there was a second egg right behind it that was soft and broke in her. I got all shell out and i think most of contents. She is stilll lethargic. What do i do now????

Can you get some vitamins in her..and make sure she is getting enough water.
