Help my mean Rooster

I thought yesterday would be a good day with my rooster. I went into my chicken pin with a bowl of breadcrumbs. tossed out some bread crumbs went together eggs and everything was good until I turn to walk to the gate I happened to glance at the corner of my eye here comes the rooster flyin at me. I had the yard rake prompted the gate and grabbed it and threw it in front of me to keep him from flogging all I was doing was leaving the pin I don't know what I'm going to do with this beautiful young red buff

I agree with all of the other posters. Cut your losses before someone gets injured. Get rid of/cook that rooster. There are plenty of good roosters. There is no need to keep a man fighter.
