They’ve realized by now that she’s an easy target. You’ll have to make a choice on who to separate out, but obviously they need to be separated from each other, at the very least until she’s feathered in again.
Given that you have limited space, it may be best to separate Connie out, whether it’s in a dog crate in the coop or run, or completely removed with a hen friend or 2.
personally, I would rehome any boys you definitely aren’t planning on keeping, and separate out your rowdy boys for a spell until they get themselves somewhat in check. Depending on your weather/climate, a dog crate with a tarp over for shade while everyone else is out and about may be all you need. I’ve been fortunate enough to only have had one cockerel be a complete terror to the girls and he was gone as soon as he started. Some are just not good candidates for keeping in the flock.
