The cockerels sensed that she is the weakest of the flock due to her heavy molting. So letting them gang up to rape-sessions is not a responsible thing to do.
Separate the cockerels until she is done molting or you decide which one to keep.

I think you need to protect your hen from harm and abuse. Either put her somewhere separate, or put the roosters in their own area separate.

And I totally agree about protecting Connie, hence why Z and D are locked in a coop rn.
The complete seprating however is hard because they all share a coop for bed and while we have about .5 acres for our chickens putting up a second fence isn't an option because of our goats. It's all a pain in the butt and I want to help Connie but the situation is hard.

They’ve realized by now that she’s an easy target. You’ll have to make a choice on who to separate out, but obviously they need to be separated from each other, at the very least until she’s feathered in again.
Given that you have limited space, it may be best to separate Connie out, whether it’s in a dog crate in the coop or run, or completely removed with a hen friend or 2.

personally, I would rehome any boys you definitely aren’t planning on keeping, and separate out your rowdy boys for a spell until they get themselves somewhat in check. Depending on your weather/climate, a dog crate with a tarp over for shade while everyone else is out and about may be all you need. I’ve been fortunate enough to only have had one cockerel be a complete terror to the girls and he was gone as soon as he started. Some are just not good candidates for keeping in the flock.

We do plan to keep all roosters and D and Z are the ones we need to keep. I at the same time feel like putting them in the coop is a better option because little miss Connie is ten years old, has stopped laying eggs, and just finished a bad moult. It wouldn't be fair to her if I took her away to a new area. Plus as far as sending chickens with her she really only likes rooster R and he sister Combs but they are both top of the pecking order.

I would reduce the numbers of roosters. Keep the rooster you want to keep for breeding, cull the rest or rehome them. Then separate hens and roosters if you're not hatching at the moment if possible. Give them a break!

I wish she would turn around and fight them. I've had a chicken named Ms. Green who would fight D and combs has attacked them when they go affter her. R is just too slow to keep up. Our guinea even got into a fight with D over it. I mean some chickens turn arround and chase the roos to make them stop and it works. I just wished Connie would too because her scared cries only atract more attention.

In her heavy moulting condition she feels like you and I would feel when heavily down with influenza. With chicken even their inner organs change and shrink as every function is reduced except for the feather growth.
So imagine yourself fighting off a bunch of horny youngsters that ganged up on you for abuse.

We have a huge hawk problem so we need all possible roosters. R is losing his touch and can't fight anymore so D was supposed to be his replacement and able to fertilize because R is unfertilized. Z is for the purpose of helping protect the flock and making pure breed lo's. M is... well he's a pretty chicken that has no interest in being a boy (yet). Z, M, and D have grown up together and are very sweet roos in general. They let little kids pet them and follow me arround the yard to be pat and held. They also respect other chickens and get off hem when they say no. I don't get why they won't take a hint with Connie.
