Help! My Polish hen is acting weird

Mix some of her food with water so you can syringe it into her.

Update: the hen is standing up and has full control of her neck. She is drinking and eating normal feed by herself. I did give her the dose of vitamin e this morning and I gave her some scrambled egg with the feed. Last night when I gave her last water for the night she was still completely limp. Crazy that she is up and in full control.

I will say that I noticed her droppings in the pen we have her isolated in has non digested lettuce and the poop is like a lime green color. Her crop never felt full. Is it possible the lettuce didn’t agree with her and it caused this? Again, she wasn’t the only one to eat the lettuce.

But she is voraciously eating and drinking!

That's great she's doing better!
Keep giving her the vitamin e and eggs for a week.
I don't think lettuce would have caused any of this. Her droppings are like that because she wasn't eating. They should go back to normal.
