Help!
Woke up this morning came to check on my quails and feathers everywhere we think they've been attacked by a Fox.

Checked them all and they're all in shock but one has lost a few feathers and two of them have been injured baddly.
One has had its head clawed we belive its got brain damage and gone blind in one eye, blood everywhere and the other has lost loads of feathers on its back and has had its eye clawed, coverd in blood.
We washed the wounds with warm water and a bit of tissue and put them in a warm box and brought them inside then they just sat there for about an hour. The one with "Brain Damage" just sat there eyes closed with its head tilted to one side and the other fluffed up and a bit more lively than the other.
Then they started getting scared and jumped out the box so we put the one thats a bit more lively back in the coop and lay her down inside the and left the other one in the box.
Went out for an hour came back and then she jumped out the box so we also put her back in the coop.
Now after about 2 hours they're still standing there...
Anyone have any ideas what to do to help them...??

Ahh so sorry my heart goes out to you wish I could suggest something,
Not that this helps but if it was a fox would it not have taken them could it have been a cat?

U can put triple antibiotic ointment on the boo boos. Nutri- drench in the water..or baby poly vitosol w/o iron. They may b in a bit of shock. They can b a bit lethargic when they are attacked/in shock due to the trauma.Whatever varmint that attackedveithout a doubt will b back. They always come back. Secure your coop.most wildlife/predators would have snagged a bird or two and left. I' almost sat u may have had a cat/dog chasing them. Most domestic animals with chase/kill/mail but not eat then, whike a wild predator takes a few and leaves quickly. At any rate...they always come back..so you need to secure your pens.

Anyone have any ideas on how to block off the coop/run
We have every predator imaginable. We built our coops on a wood foundation to keep predators from digging in. We literally lock them up in the coop at night. Our runs that they go out into are buried about 6" deep around the bottoms and 6ft high. Some of them have netting on the tips for the tiny chickens. U can put hot wire around the outside bottoms and top of the run. If the culprit is a cat..u may need netting over the top. Another option is to buy a trap and catch the culprit. We do on occasion have to trap coons/possums/fox that become problematic. Those traps work great for cats!

Is it worth putting some sort of blanket of somesort to cover over there run?
So the predator cant get to them?

First of all :welcome

Sorry about your attacked birds. To better help on what to do to predator proof your pen/cage what do you keep them in.
Rabbit wire cage, rabbit hutch, chicken coop ot other housing. Pics are good to to look for weak areas.

What are the spacing in the wire. I've found 1/2 x 1/2 hardware cloth to be the best to keep most predators out. Especially rats and snakes.

If it was a fox I believe they would have taken the whole quail and would have been few survivors.
